A Los Angeles native, Catherine has lovingly called Cincinnati home for 13 years. She is enamored by the community-minded spirit of the Queen City. She has dedicated her career to collaborating with the community leaders, organizations, non-profits and entrepreneurs that make this city so special. She was on the opening bar team at 21c and ran the bar program from 2013-2015. While at 21c she started a monthly cocktail class series entitled Sunday School that ran for 2 ½ years. She then moved on to Watershed Distillery as a brand ambassador and head of their Southern Ohio/Kentucky Sales Division. In June of 2019 she opened HomeMakers Bar with her business partner Julia Petiprin. During her time at HomeMakers the bar was awarded Best Restaurant/Bar by the OTR Chamber, and was featured in several national publications including Saveur, The Wallstreet Journal and Imbibe. Committed to furthering her impact on her community Catherine pivoted to the non-profit sector and joined the Make-A-Wish Foundation as an Advancement Associate in their Southern Ohio Office. She continues to create cocktails, teach private cocktail classes, and host imaginative and unique events in her spare time.
