Scott takes to Facebook Live to summarize what's happening in real estate in the Queen City in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

*Inventory is still low! If you are comfortable, it is a good time to sell & if you are a frustrated buyer due to lack of inventory, hang in there~things are picking up!

*Homes continue to sell as 196 homes went Pending in Hamilton County last week.

*Currently, there are more single-family homes pending in Hamilton County than there are active listings= low inventory.

*Due to lower inventory, we are not seeing prices drop due to the impact of Covid-19.
