Queen City Q&A~ April 13th Weekly Market Update

Scott takes to Facebook Live to summarize what's happening in real estate in the Queen City in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

While showings were down from the same time last year, they started to normalize last week, and we saw an uptick in showings: ⬇️

*Homes continue to sell as 216 homes went Pending in Hamilton County last week.

*Inventory levels still remain low as fewer people are listing their homes but homes continue to sell. Currently, there are more single-family homes pending in Hamilton County than there are active listings. 

*Due to lower inventory, we are not seeing prices drop due to the impact of Covid-19.
